How do I find out if there has been a Soft LUD? I have an online account on uscis.gov and the "Last Updated" fields are all in 2007 (when I filed my AOS).

If you have high ethical standards then you will call your company and tell them it is wrong.That what you do, instead of painting everybody (indians) as bad. I came here on F1 studied here got a job in campus interview. I could have gone to a desi company and earned about 20 % more than what I did, but I did not. its left upto each individual to take his own decision.

What you guys think about On-line MBA ? Is it worth doing ? Any recommendations for on-line MBA or on-line M.S.?

there is no difference between online and regular MBA. some universities who have bith , do not even differentiate it in the diploma. for experiance people who add a MBA it has some value if they seek higher position. if you go on to to brick school you could get selected in campus interviews but the position is also lower

No I wouldn't. Get it from the your child's pediatrician since they know the case history and will be able to word it correctly. Remember that the letter from the pediatrician is the basis which the certified civil curgeon for USCIS will use to apply for a waiver if he/she thinks it is necessary.

My attorney told me that my wife needs to get back before her scheduled trip. This would incur huge costs plus it would be difficult to get the seat arrangements. ( We have a twins and we have seats with bassinets for the infants). My father is also travelling with her.
Is it possible to ask 1 month extension for RFE based on the difficulties. I'm EB3 IND PD 2003 and I dont think our I-485 is waiting for adjudication any time soon.
I've scheduled an infopass appointment tomorrow. What are the chances of getting an extension when I present my case to IO?

NKR - Sorry, I wasn't very clear and it got misunderstood.
What I am trying to say is that whether GC takes 1 years or 5years, it is worth the wait IMHO. If I have to do all over again knowing it could take 5-6 years, I will do it. But that's just my personal opinion.

I am no expert on this but if labor substitution is eliminated it will remove anywhere from 30 to 50% of labor cleared from BEC. I got a RFE for Ability to pay for My I140(EB-3, PD-Ap2003) from USCIS. After consultation I was suggested that I needed an expert opinion letter from an Independent CPA telling that company can pay me the salary stated in the ALC. Now I need a CPA who can analyze the financials of the company and a lawyer who can write the letter to defend this case. I was wondering if anyone here can provide the service for CPA analyzation or sample letter on how to address this issue.

ICICI can not predict rather no one can predict what will be the exchange rate tomorrow. The minimum forex transaction at dealer level is for $1 mil. So, they can't promise you some rate the moment you hit the submit button. They will pool all the transactions like yours and then do a big contract together. ICICI provides lot of other services which SBI will not in terms of convenience. And ICICI deals big time in forex transactions. In this market the guy with biggest transactions will have lowest cost and depending on competition will have incentive to pass it on to you as an end user. They might time it within a particular time frame but that is something unavoidable.

I opened an account with them few years back and had to experience the same crappy service. The funny thing is that they had two phone numbers one for new customers calling to ask them about their services and the other one from existing customers.
The phone number for the new customers was answered within minutes and the quality of customer service reps was good BUT if you would call the other number if you were an existing customer then you would have to wait for someone to answer the call for hours and the quality of their reps was pathetic. The best part was that if you call the phone number for new cust and tell them you are an existing cust and have an issue then they would tell you too call the other phone number as they do not have access to the info.
I guess right after my first transaction, I canceled the account. The only way we can teach these people a lesson is by not giving our business to them in the first place.

I agree.. you should be suing the other party in front of you for injuries since they were the ones who stopped and as the person said - offense is the best defense .
If I remember correctly the first car in front of you had already collided with the car number 2 and hence all the accidents. I don't know how they can put you at fault . So let the lawyers handle it and go all the way .

July bulletin is OUT and NO more significant movement. Please call Lawmakers ASAP. Unless we take action USCIS is not going to do anything. Situation can be worse once we head towards election season. Still we have 1-2 months to get things done or we will be waiting for years to get green card OR EAD ( For some folks ).
It is just 10-15 minutes need to spend to call. Let them know WHO WE ARE AND WHAT ARE OUR ISSUES .
Please I request all of you to call , if you already call then ask your friends and family members to call.
Now its time to act. If we dont take action CHC will not allow to move ahead our 3 bills.

This is pure speculation on my part, but if CIS is returning visa numbers and there are now some visas available, it seems like it would make more sense for DOS to just make the returned visas available in the August bulletin, rather than flip flop on July once again.
I think that is what they will do in order not to look like fools.
the question is, What happens to those july filers whose applications have not been returned yet and who will become current in the next bulletin.
Will USCIS ask them for the new fees.... Will they have to do all paperwork again including medicals.....what a mess!
